This area contains two of the park's most popular rides, Kumba and Congo River Rapids.

Kumba, meaning roar in Swahili, is a steel sit-down roller coaster with seven inversions, first built in 1993 by Bolliger & Mabillard. After the blood-curdling thrill of an initial 135 foot drop, you will plunge into a diving loop, feel a full 3 seconds of absolute weightlessness while spiraling 360 degrees, and tear through one of the world's largest vertical loops.

Climb aboard Congo River Rapids for an exciting white water rafting expedition that will send you twirling down this racing river, where thrilling plunges, looming waterfalls and a mysterious water cave are just a few of the surprises it holds.

There is also Ubanga Banga Bumper Cars, a bumper cars ride.
