SeaWorld has unleashed details for its upcoming Howl-O-Scream events across its three theme parks in Orlando, San Diego, and San Antonio.

Running on select nights from September 11 through October 31, the popular Halloween events bring brand-new haunted houses, immersive scare zones, and exclusive themed food and beverage experiences to guests looking for a fright.

A major highlight across all three theme parks this year is the introduction of the event's first-ever movie-inspired haunted house. Based on Sony Pictures' iconic 1997 horror film, I Know What You Did Last Summer: The Final Catch invites visitors at SeaWorld Orlando, SeaWorld San Diego, and SeaWorld San Antonio to step straight into the Southport Massacre and attempt to outrun the relentless Fisherman.

SeaWorld Orlando Highlights

Marking its largest event to date, SeaWorld Orlando features five haunted houses, including the cinematic debut alongside four original experiences: Dark Net, Everything Must Stay, Raveyard, and Crawlspace. The terror spills out into six distinct scare zones, such as Nekrosis and Extermination Order, while five new themed bars—including The Rewind and Byte Bar—serve up specialty cocktails and themed food items like the Eggo Massacre and the Tripleta Sandwich. Returning live entertainment includes the high-octane stunt show Throttle and the fan-favorite Monster Stomp. Tickets are currently available starting from $45.99 when purchasing two or more.

SeaWorld San Diego Highlights

Celebrating its sixth year, SeaWorld San Diego is hosting its largest haunted house lineup in event history with six total mazes. Alongside the Sony Pictures crossover, guests can explore the brand-new Area 64: MOTHERSHIP, which features an 80-foot-long alien façade. The park has also added three new scare zones (Overgrowth, Terrors of the Deep, and Ripper Row) and interactive Vile Vignettes featuring characters like Card Shark and Dolly Delightful: RECALLED. Discounted tickets are available during the park's Killer Summer Sale, starting at $33.99.

SeaWorld San Antonio Highlights

Marking its milestone 25th anniversary, SeaWorld San Antonio is rolling out a brand-new chapter of terror starting September 11. Alongside the newly confirmed I Know What You Did Last Summer house, visitors can experience all-new mazes like Witch of the Woods and Dead Wreckoning, plus atmospheric terror-tories such as Terror Through Time and Colleen's Dollhouse. Nighttime entertainment anchors the celebration with the debut of Shamu Rocks: Moonlight Mayhem and the return of Monster Stomp. Unlike the other locations, Howl-O-Scream at SeaWorld San Antonio is included with regular park admission.

All Howl-O-Scream events are intended for mature audiences. Tickets, seasonal passes, and front-line fear upgrades can be purchased directly through the official SeaWorld websites for each park location.
