San Marco is based upon Renaissance era Italy. A prominent feature within San Marco is Da Vinci's Garden of Inventions. This garden features Italian statues and flowers set amid rides based on sketches by Leonardo da Vinci. Also in the area is Ristorante della Piazza, featuring Italian cuisine and allowing guests to watch "Festivale Italiano."
Da Vinci's Cradle
Leonardo Da Vinci was a master of science, of engineering, and truly a master of imagination. Known most widely for his work as an artist, it is his passion for invention for which he is often most admired. Escape from Pompeii
A journey through the ancient ruins of Pompeii turns out to be more adventure than visitors had bargained for. Even the mighty Roman Empire had been no match for Mt. Vesuvius, which draped Pompeii with a blanket of lava and ash, erasing it from the map for nearly 1,700 years. But don't worry, this angry volcano has long been at rest. Or has it? Hold on tight as a leisurely boat ride through the ruins of this great city suddenly turns explosive. One rumble from the mighty mountain and the race to escape from Pompeii is on.
Battering Ram
There aren't many castle walls to break down these days. So we found a better job for this battering ram. All out fun! Named for the monuments of medieval battlegrounds, this enormous pendulum ride reaches higher and higher as it goes, giving riders a greater and greater sense of sheer weightlessness. Just as you think you're about to go all the way over the top, gravity remembers its role and rushes you back toward the ground. With the battles of yesteryear long gone, the only drama you'll find unfolding here has to do with who gets the best seat!
