The Wizarding World at Universal Hollywood in 2016

The countdown begins as Universal Studios Hollywood announces the Spring 2016 arrival of The Wizarding World and the introduction of the land’s signature attraction, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey in hyper-realistic 3D-HD.

More than five years in the making, and inspired by J. K. Rowling’s compelling stories and characters and the Warner Bros. films, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Hollywood will bring guests the same authenticity and storytelling found at Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Japan and is expected to attract Harry Potter fans and visitors from all over the globe for decades to come.

Universal Orlando's Volcano Bay Water Park in 2017

Universal Orlando Resort has announced an entirely new water park experience for 2017. Universal's Volcano Bay will join their two popular theme parks, Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure, to become the resort’s third immersive theme park.

Universal’s Volcano Bay will be a place for the entire family, and Universal claims that it be a whole new generation of experience that reimagines what it means to be a water park – that's a very bold claim with Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Disney's Blizzard Beach not far away at the nearby Walt Disney World Resort.

King Kong Will Return to Universal Orlando in 2016

King Kong will return to Universal Orlando Resort in 2016 after a 14 year absence in the groundbreaking new attraction, Skull Island: Reign of Kong, which has been confirmed.
